Dale & Beverly Stevenart have been building quality, energy efficient homes in Colorado since the 1980s. In 1999, they discovered the exciting concept of insulated concrete form construction. After becoming certified trainers and installers, they have been in the Top 10 in the nation for sales every year since. Dale has traveled as far as Shanghai, China to further promote Green & ICF construction. In 2005, they participated in their 1st Parade of Homes and captured the “Best Custom Home in the Nation” award, by ICF Builder Magazine, as well as numerous local awards to include the People’s Choice and Best Custom Home. Their Parade Homes in 2006 & 2007 have won numerous awards as well, including the Built Green Award. An ongoing interest in innovation of building materials and systems will continue to take their homes to the next level.Dale & Beverly enjoy traveling in their RV with their 2 Boxers. Boating, Fishing and Grandson Chase’s Football are some of their favorite pastimes.
